JOB SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary
Develop, coordinate, implement and direct the project plan and monitor performance to ensure that company expectations are satisfied regarding environmental, safety, cost effectiveness, quality assurance/control, project work plan, schedules and impact to the public.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, implement and oversee major project plans in their entirety and monitor project status and modify when needed to ensure timeliness and quality of projects is consistent with ONEOK standards
Identify and select resources such as inspection, equipment, contractors and material procurement required to coordinate projects
Direct, monitor and schedule contractors, inspectors and employees in construction and maintenance activities of pipeline construction, processing plants, storage facilities, terminals, gathering and/or transmission systems and appurtenances including but not limited to:
Measurement facilities
Plan process equipment and controls
Pipeline facilities; above and below grade
Purchasing and materials
Corrosion control
Leakage survey
Operating clerical
Direct and monitor installation and/or maintenance of plant and pipeline equipment and facilities including but not limited to:
Meter/regulator settings
Tapping/pressure control equipment
Storage tanks/scrubbers/dehydrators
Pressure tests (air, gas, water)
Evaluate and recommend whether to repair or replace pipe and appurtenances
Ensure contractors’ compliance with ONEOK safety, quality, competency and performance standards. Provide feedback to ensure ONEOK standards are being followed
Provide information, recommendations, consultation and/or assistance to customers, contractors, inspectors, city/county/state officials, employees, management and others relative to company activities, policies and procedures
Compile, prepare and/or verify information including but not limited to:
Operating activities
Completion reports
Accident reports
Service cards/leak reports
Various budget recommendations
Customer correspondence
Determine the necessary actions in emergency response situations
Education

Work Experience
Experience with and working knowledge of the construction, maintenance and operation of pipeline systems and appurtenances
Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including computer applications
Experience and training related to:
Transmission/gathering pipeline operations
Pipeline construction
Processing plants
Storage facilities
Company/governmental operating and safety procedures
Emergency response procedures
Communications skills
Customer service functions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to: apply basic math and algebraic formulas
Ability to: coordinate work projects in their entirety for most effective use of personnel and equipment
Ability to: research, compose, reconcile, and prepare reports, invoices, studies, and correspondence applicable to position.
